一(yi)、産品概述(shu)

  本産(chan)品是以多(duo)種咪唑啉衍生(sheng)物及咪唑啉-氨(an)基酸(suan)衍生(sheng)物複(fu)配而成(cheng)，成膜性能優異，緩蝕率高；抗(kang)分解(jie)性能強，使(shi)用量(liang)低。不(bu)含金屬(shu)及(ji)其它(ta)對催(cui)化劑有害(hai)物質，對下遊産(chan)品和(he)加工過程(cheng)無影(ying)響。複(fu)配(pei)構成的液體(ti)緩蝕(shi)劑，具有(you)緩(huan)蝕率高、凝固(gu)點低、分(fen)散性好、熱穩定(ding)性好(hao)、低毒等優(you)點，可迅速(su)在金(jin)屬表面形成緻(zhi)密牢固的(de)保護(hu)膜，對(dui)多種腐蝕(shi)因素(su)都有較強緩蝕性能(neng)。本産(chan)品與(yu)其它井下(xia)用劑具有良好的配伍(wu)性。

  本産(chan)品在國内各大油田廣泛使用，本産品出口至中東以(yi)及(ji)南亞(ya)、南美等地區。

三、使(shi)用方(fang)法

  Ⅰ、本(ben)産品首次(ci)使用時，應(ying)先預(yu)膜，加(jia)注(zhu)可采用(yong)連續(xu)和間歇兩種(zhong)方(fang)式。對于含(han)硫生産(chan)氣井（無(wu)分隔(ge)器）建(jian)議由(you)套管環空加注(zhu)，經油(you)管(guan)返出形成(cheng)一定(ding)循環體(ti)系；對于常(chang)關氣(qi)井建議分(fen)别從(cong)油、套管加入；對(dui)于油(you)氣集輸管(guan)線可(ke)直(zhi)接加注(zhu)。 

 

Ⅱ、預膜用量計算方法：

1、預(yu)膜面積(ji)：按氣井(jing)油管内(nei)、外表面(mian)積+套管(guan)内(nei)表面(mian)積+拟保護地(di)面(mian)管線内(nei)表面積；

2、預膜厚(hou)度：75μm。

Ⅲ、氣(qi)井建議周(zhou)期性(xing)間歇加注，推(tui)薦(jian)加藥(yao)周期(qi)爲30天，每次(ci)加量(liang)爲80㎏。

油(you)井建(jian)議連(lian)續性加藥(yao)，推薦用量(liang)：按産出液計算，推薦(jian)使用(yong)濃度200ppm。

 

四、包(bao)裝、運(yun)輸與(yu)貯存(cun)

    包裝(zhuang)：200l塑料(liao)桶包裝，淨(jing)重200±1kg。

    運輸(shu)：防日曬(shai)、雨淋，應避免與(yu)腐蝕(shi)性物(wu)品和(he)尖狀物(wu)品(pin)混運(yun)。

     貯存(cun)：置(zhi)于(yu)幹燥、通風(feng)庫(ku)房，避免與腐(fu)蝕性的物(wu)品混(hun)放，保質期(qi)1年。

 

五、安全(quan)與防(fang)護

 皮膚(fu)與眼睛(jing)接觸：立即用大(da)量清水沖洗。

 誤(wu)食：飲(yin)足量溫水(shui)，催吐，就醫(yi)。

 操作(zuo)保護：戴(dai)pvc、pe或(huo)橡膠(jiao)手套。

 洩(xie)漏：用大(da)量清水沖洗。

in the oil and gas well produced fluid co2 and h2s、ci - corrosive medium, such as content is higher, causing serious corrosion of casing, tubing.this product is imidazoline quaternary ammonium salt derivatives, double imidazoline, aldehyde, ketone condensation product of amine and other components of the corrosion and other auxiliary components distribution of liquid in the composition of the corrosion inhibitor. this product has the advantages of high corrosion inhibition rate, low freezing point, good dispersion, good thermal stability, low toxicity and so on. this corrosion inhibitor can quickly form a tight and firm protective film on the metal surface, and has a strong corrosion inhibition performance against a variety of corrosion factors.

this product has good compatibility with other downhole agents.

Ⅰ、 when the product is first used, the film should be prefabricated. continuous and intermittent injection can be used. for sulfur-bearing production gas wells (without separators), it is suggested to refill by casing annulus and return through tubing to form a certain circulation system. it is suggested to add oil and casing respectively to the normally closed gas well.for oil and gas collection and transportation pipelines can be directly injected.

 Ⅱ、calculation method of prefilm dosage:

1.    pre-film area: the sum of the internal and external area of gas well tubing, the surface area of casing and the surface area of the pipeline to be protected;

2.    thickness of prefilm:  75 microns.

3.    gas well recommended periodic intermittent filling, recommended dosing period of 30 days, added amount 80 ㎏ each time.

continuous dosing is recommended for oil wells. recommended dosage: calculated according to the output fluid, the recommended concentration is 200ppm.

packing, transportation 、storage

packing: 200l plastic drum, net weight 200kg.

ransportation: avoid sunburn and rain. avoid mixed transportation with corrosive and sharp articles.

storage: store in dry and ventilated warehouse, avoid mixing with corrosive materials, with a shelf life of 1 year.

skin to eye contact: rinse immediately with plenty of water.

ingestion: drink enough warm water, induce vomiting, seek medical advice.

peration protection: wear pvc, pe or rubber gloves.
