油溶(rong)緩蝕劑hy-10是由多種成膜有機胺(an)和其他複(fu)配物複合(he)而成，此型(xing)号是(shi)原劑(ji)。

hy-10特有的五元含氮雜環能以靜電引力(li)和(he)大π鍵(jian)形式吸附在金(jin)屬表面。一(yi)方面改變(bian)金屬表面(mian)的電荷分布和(he)界(jie)面性質，使金(jin)屬表面的能量狀态趨于穩定(ding)化，減低腐蝕反應；另一方面由于非極性基團(tuan)緊密排列在金屬表面形(xing)成一層疏水(shui)膜，使腐(fu)蝕反應得(de)到抑(yi)制；同(tong)時它在金(jin)屬表(biao)面(mian)可以改變氫(qing)離子的氧(yang)化還原電(dian)位，也(ye)可以(yi)絡合(he)溶液(ye)中的某些氧化劑，減低電(dian)位達到緩蝕的目的(de)。hy-10含有沉澱(dian)成膜(mo)組分(fen)，能夠及時修複(fu)由沖刷等(deng)原因造成(cheng)的膜(mo)損傷(shang)。整(zheng)體(ti)表現(xian)爲成(cheng)膜(mo)牢固，緩(huan)蝕優異。

hy-10具有緩(huan)蝕率高、使(shi)用量(liang)少、耐(nai)高溫、環境友好(hao)、應用廣泛等特點。

油田油氣管(guan)線輸送使用廣(guang)泛；

煉油廠(chang)各裝置：常減壓系統、催化(hua)裂化(hua)系統、焦化加氫(qing)系統(tong)等使(shi)用廣(guang)泛。

使(shi)用方法

1.可(ke)原液(ye)注入或用(yong)溶劑(ji)油均勻稀釋後(hou)注入。

2.按系統處(chu)理量的5-10ppm注入；前(qian)期注入量(liang)爲正(zheng)常期的(de)2-4倍，三天(tian)後每天依(yi)次按(an)3ppm的速度遞(di)減至(zhi)正常(chang)使用量。

3.本劑冬(dong)天(tian)使用時(shi)，可适當用蒸汽(qi)加熱。

包裝(zhuang)與儲(chu)存

1.     200l塑料桶，ibc桶

2.     宜放置(zhi)陰涼(liang)通風(feng)處。不可靠(kao)近明(ming)火、酸堿(jian)類(lei)和氧(yang)化劑(ji)類(lei)化(hua)工品。

 

操作注意(yi)事項(xiang)

3.     操作人員應穿(chuan)戴乳(ru)膠手(shou)套及(ji)防(fang)護眼鏡等防(fang)護品(pin)。

4.     如遇本物(wu)觸及(ji)皮膚時可用大(da)量水沖洗(xi)後再用肥皂洗(xi)淨即可(ke)；如遇本(ben)物品濺入(ru)眼睛請在(zai)現(xian)場立即(ji)用水充分(fen)清洗之後立即就醫(yi)檢(jian)查。

5.     如遇(yu)火災(zai)，可用幹(gan)粉、泡(pao)沫(mo)、co2 等滅火(huo)器以及(ji)黃砂(sha)滅(mie)火(huo)。

how to use

1. it can be injected with the original liquid or uniformly diluted with solvent oil.

2. 5-10ppm injection according to the system processing capacity;the amount of injection in the early stage was 2-4 times of that in the normal stage, and then decreased to the normal usage at the rate of 3ppm every day after 3 days.

packaging & amp; storage

1. 200l plastic barrel, ibc ton barrel.

2. it is advisable to place a cool and ventilated place. not close to open fire, acid and alkali and oxidizer chemicals.

operational considerations

1. operators should wear latex gloves and protective glasses and other protective products.

2. if the object touches the skin when you can rinse with a lot of water and then wash it with soap, if this item splashes into the eyes, please immediately after the use of water in the site to fully clean the medical examination.
